This article addresses the sticky situation that arises when a staff member suspects improper activities but can’t get the attention of his or her supervisor or elected officials to address the issue.
The specific situation in this article is office holder allowances–when individual elected officials have discretionary public funds that they can allocate to what they beleive are worthy causes in their districts.
