Community Environmental Council (CEC) works to identify, advocate, raise awareness and develop effective programs to solve environmental issues that affect the Santa Barbara region. CEC pursues this goal by educating and activating the community around sustainable practices, advocating for environmentally-sound policies and laws and building partnerships with other organizations to open new pathways for sustainable transportation, energy, and food systems.

The Energy Coalition (TEC) is a California-based 501(c)3 nonprofit with over 45 years of experience designing and implementing programs and strategies that transform energy use and empower communities to take action. By bringing ideas, technology, and expertise to public agencies, businesses, educators, policy makers and others, TEC is creating the building blocks for a new energy economy in which communities become energy-producing networks and clean energy becomes affordable and accessible for everyone. Our services include:

San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG) is the council of governments and transportation planning agency for San Bernardino County. SANBAG is responsible for cooperative regional planning and furthering an efficient multi-modal transportation system countywide. SANBAG serves the 1.9 million residents of San Bernardino County.

Through innovation, integrity, and respect, Sierra Business Council harnesses these opportunities by implementing projects that model proactive change. The Sierra Business Councils (SBC) goal are to create a diverse, inventive, and sustainable region where the economy is vibrant, the land is thriving, and the communities offer opportunity for all.
