The Office of the Sacramento County District Attorney hosts a youth academy annually for youth in Sacramento. The academy is done in partnership with additional law enforcement partners, including the:

• Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department
• Sacramento Police Department
• Rancho Cordova Police Department
• Sacramento County Probation Department

During the six-month academy experience, youth will meet twice per month for an evening course in the northern, southern and eastern areas of the county. Youth also have an opportunity to participate in a field trip to the Sacramento Superior Court.
