Local Agency Sample Expense Reimbursement Policies
AB 1234 contains certain requirements and restrictions on local agency practices relating to reimbursing local elected and appointed officials’ expenses. The Institute has prepared a sample reimbursement policy to help local agencies comply with these requirements.
