Cultural intelligence goes beyond cultural awareness and political correctness. It articulates the core competencies and skill sets necessary for true diversity, equity and inclusion to exist within your organization. This new virtual training series will examine the various elements of cultural intelligence and how to operationalize it in your local agency and your community. 

The series will take place from April through July 2022 with one (1) two-hour session per month. The training is designed for staff and appointed or elected officials at California cities, counties and special districts. All sessions are free to attend, but space is limited and registrations are required.

• Registration is required.
• This training series is only open to staff & elected or appointed officials at California cities, counties and special districts. (School District representatives are not eligible to participate at this time.)
