A manual for walkable urban thoroughfares jointly created by the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) and the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) that was released in 2010.  The manual is designed for city officials, planners, advocates and others who want to make their streets more pedestrian- and business-friendly.
