Local government leaders are nearing or entering retirement, presenting opportunities for professionals at all levels of their career to address the challenges facing local government agencies. New and different skills and experiences are necessary for seasoned and younger generations to lead local governments through the challenges of the future. In this webinar, the Institute for Local Government will host and facilitate with its partners a discussion about how to prepare for leadership transitions, serve new leadership positions, and create the leadership pipeline.
