The Gateway Cities Council of Governments is a joint powers authority of 27 cities and the County of Los Angeles that share the goal of maximizing the quality of life and productivity of our area.

SBCCOG members are Artesia, Avalon, Bell, Bellflower, Bell Gardens, Cerritos, Commerce, Compton, Cudahy, Downey, Hawaiian Gardens, Huntington Park, Industry, La Mirada, Lakewood, Long Beach, Lynwood, Maywood, Montebello, Norwalk, Paramount, Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, Signal Hill, South Gate, Vernon and Whittier communities of the City of Los Angeles, along with the County of Los Angeles District 1, 2 and 4.
