The Institute’s thinking on values-based leadership has been influenced by the writings of Rushworth M. Kidder at the Institute for Global Ethics.
Two titles of potential interest to local officials are:
- How Good People Make Tough Choices: Resolving the Dilemmas of Ethical Living, and
- Moral Courage
