About the Webinar

Although the council-manager system has become the dominant form of municipal government in California, only limited research has focused on the state’s city managers as a group. To address this, the California City Management Foundation (CCMF), joined by Tripepi Smith Talent Solutions and the California Joint Powers Insurance Authority issued a survey to current city managers in California. This webinar will present the results of this survey including demographic information, career paths, and the most pressing issues facing California’s local governments.
