The Southern California Tribal Regional Climate Collaborative (SCT RCC) will rapidly and systematically advance climate change mitigation, adaptation, and resilience goals of the Southern California Tribal Chairmen’s Association (SCTCA) Member Tribes, individually and collectively. The SCT RCC will identify the climate related needs and priorities of each tribe, match their needs and priorities to available funding and other assistance, and provide comprehensive support to secure needed funding and assistance, resulting in a continuous stream of successfully completed tribal climate change plans and projects.
