Director of Enterprise Programs and Special Projects

Prior to joining the Institute in December of 2013, Melissa worked as staff for a member of Congress, with a business improvement district in California and a collaborative policy center in Washington State. Her educational background includes a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego and an M.P.A. from the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Affairs.
