About Rob

Rob Hilton is a Vice President with HF&H Consultants, LLC and has nearly fifteen years of experience providing recycling and solid waste consulting services to over 100 communities in California. Mr. Hilton’s focus is on strategic and business consulting to local and state government. In this capacity he has managed and participated in dozens of cost of service and rate structuring studies for communities with aggressive recycling and waste reduction goals. Rob is a frequent speaker on the subject of structuring rates to achieve sustainably funded high diversion systems.
