Community School Partnerships Models Around California

This section of the toolkit includes sample community school partnerships involving one or more cities, counties and schools working with community-based organizations, parents and / or families.  This section of the toolkit will continue to grow.  Local agencies and organizations that would like to share their community’s partnership example are welcome to do so by contacting the CCS Partnership.
